Access the Guests List
- Navigate to your event’s “Guests List” in the app.
- You’ll find filters like “All“, “Waiting“, or “Checked In” to organize attendees more easily.
- Use the “Scan QR” button to begin the check-in process.
Scan Participant QR Codes
- Ask participants to present their personalized QR code, which they received after registration.
- Tap the “Scan QR” button and point your device’s camera at the QR code.
- The scanner will instantly recognize the code and pull up the participant’s ticket details.
Confirm Check-In
- After scanning, you’ll see the participant’s details on your screen.
- Tap “Check In” to mark their attendance.
- Their status will update from “Waiting” to “Checked In” in real-time.
