The reward is not appearing in my wallet, what should I do?

If your reward (SBT) is missing from your external wallet (e.g., Tonkeeper), follow these steps to claim it:

1. Visit Getgems.io.
2. Connect your wallet by clicking “Connect Wallet.”
3. Navigate to your profile.
4. Locate the desired reward.
5. Click “Claim” and pay a small Toncoin fee.

Your reward will then appear in your wallet.

💡Important: Claiming is optional and only affects visibility in external wallets. Specific events may require mandatory claiming, so always check organizer instructions.
