The ability to create paid events is now available directly in the ONton app. The process is almost identical to creating a free event, with a few additional steps for setting ticket prices and processing payments.
Launch the Mini-App
Open @theontonbot in Telegram and look for the “Create new event” button.
💡 Don’t see the button? Ensure you’ve been granted Organizer privileges by an Admin.
Add Event Details
Title, subtitle, and description: Provide the basic details about your event. Use this section to describe your event, share its purpose, or highlight key points.
Image: Upload an image in a 1:1 ratio to make your event visually appealing.
💡 Tip: Meaningful and well-written descriptions are essential. Poorly described events may be rejected, and your organizer privileges could be revoked.
Set Date, Time, and Location
Specify when and where your event will take place.
For online events, choose the “Online” option and provide the event link in the URL field.
For in-person events, enter the venue details.
Setting Up a Paid Event
Activate Paid Event: To create a paid event, toggle the Registration and Is Paid switch
Set Ticket Price and Currency: Choose between USDT or TON for ticket payments and specify the amount each participant will pay to attend the event.
Enter your TON wallet: Which will receive payments for tickets.
NFT Ticket Information
1- Upload Ticket Image: Upload the file that will represent the NFT ticket.
2- NFT Title: Enter the NFT title (Recommended length: No more than 15-30 characters).
3- NFT Description: Provide a description for the NFT ticket (Recommended length: Up to 500 characters).
4- Capacity: Set the Capacity — the maximum number of tickets that will be available for sale for your event.
SBT Rewards and Custom Design
⚠️Important: Once a custom design is added, it cannot be changed. If you skip this step, a default image from the TON Hub will automatically be used.
Choose from Default Designs
- Based on your selected TON Hub, a selection of default images is available.
- Scroll through the options to find the one that best suits your event.
Upload a Custom Design (Optional)
- If the default options don’t meet your needs, switch to the Custom Reward option.
- Upload an image to serve as the event’s cover on society.ton.org.
- Add a video file, which will appear as the main content of the SBT.
Complete Payment for Event Creation
After clicking “Create Event” open the Orders tab to review your event creation order:

Event Creation Cost
The cost for creating the paid event is 10 TON + (0.055 * number of tickets).
