Managing Participant Registration and Approvals

For events requiring registration or approval, you now have full control over who attends. This feature applies to both free and paid events, allowing you to curate your audience effectively.

Here’s how it works:

Enable User Registration

  • Participants will need to apply to join, and their attendance will depend on your confirmation.
  • Set it to require approval if needed.

Note: This setting can only be configured during the event creation process and cannot be changed later.

  • Go to “Manage Event” and open the “Guests List“.
  • You’ll see a list of applications.

Approve or Reject Applications

For each applicant, choose to Approve or Reject directly from the list. Approved participants will gain access to the event.

This feature ensures you maintain full control over your event, tailoring the attendee list to fit your goals.
